John A. Kaye The National Alliance of Hate Crimes Investigators and District Attorneys Association hereby honors and congratulates Prosecutor John Kaye of Monmouth County, New Jersey on his recent reappointment as Prosecutor. This appointment makes Prosecutor Kaye the longest sitting Prosecutor in the State of New Jersey. Prosecutor Kaye has served as Monmouth County Prosecutor for the past 15 years and has proven his leadership and dedication to the people of Monmouth County over and over again. His Proactive programs in the area of hate crimes, diversity, gang, school violence, drugs, and numerous other programs has made Monmouth County one of the most sought after counties with respect to leadership and program development. Prosecutor Kaye was named president of the National District Attorneys Association in 1996. Served as American delegate to the international Association of Prosecutors from 1996 to 1998. Prosecutor Kaye was the first to form a full time Bias Crimes and Community Relations Unit in the state of New Jersey back in 1987. Prosecutor Kaye has been at the forefront of addressing bias and hate crime in New Jersey for several years. His vision, insight, and proactive approach makes him a true leader on timely issues. So, We applaud Prosecutor Kaye on his reappointment and wish him well in all his future endeavors.
ROBERT HONECKER JR. Robert Honecker Jr. was recently appointed as the First Assistant Monmouth County Prosecutor for the County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey. We applaud Robert (Bob) Honecker for his vision and dreams with respect to the issues of Bias and Hate Crimes. First Assistant Prosecutor Honecker has help to put several programs in place that addresses the needs of children, community, religious organizations, schools, business and law enforcement.
