OF HATE CRIME INVESTIGATORS

DISTRICT ATTORNEYS ASSOCIATION

 SCALES OF JUSTICE

bullet

The scales of justice indicates trust, honor, respect, fairness, justice, and truth. We notice that the scales are equally balanced for all whom may stand before her

THE MALE AND FEMALE ATTORNEY

bullet

The female and male attorney's in the right frame alludes to the continued hard work of the National District Attorneys Association, its commitment to end bias hate crimes; Its willingness to work in partnership with law enforcement and victim witness advocates. It also allude to the continued and ongoing work of Prosecutors, District Attorneys, Assistant Prosecutors and Deputy Attorneys from around the country in combating these types of crimes.

LAW ENFORCEMENT

bullet

The three law enforcement officers located in the lower right frame alludes to the readiness of law enforcement to work with Prosecutor's, District Attorney's and Communities to address this timely issue. They stand ready to help, aide, and assist those in need and to help rid communities of bias hate crimes,  street violence, school violence and  gangs.

THE MESSAGE

bullet

The words, "Truth and only Truth Shall We Pursue..." arise from the thoughts of our National President who feels that without truth, there can be no justice. Working in partnership with the National District Attorneys, Prosecutors, Law Enforcement, Victims, and Communities, we will meet our objective. With the assistance and  guidance of the NDAA and the Performance Institute, we will not fail.

THE BADGE

bullet

The four frames are surrounded and protected by a badge. This is the badge of law enforcement. It is also referred to as a symbol. Not just a symbol but a symbol of the publics trust. The public has place an awful amount of trust in today's law enforcement officers.

bullet

They trust that they will do the right thing, that they will be fair, open and honest in their dealings with everyone. May this symbol forever stand with the NDAA and the Performance Institute to rid our communities of Hate and Bias Crimes.

bulletThis badge will never tarnish.

 Special thanks to:

 Hector M Jimenez

Deputy District Attorney of the San Diego County,

District Attorneys Office, San Diego, California. Without his help and inspiration this logo may have not be completed. Mr. Jimenez has dedicated long hours to making this Association a strong and positive one and to this end, we
