Mission Statement

The National Alliance of Hate Crime Investigators and District Attorney's Association is committed to assisting law enforcement officers and agencies throughout the United States with respect to the investigation and prosecution of hate and bias related crimes, i.e., suspected or confirmed criminal offenses that are motivated in part or in full animosity towards others because of race, religion, gender, handicap, sexual orientation, or disability or ethnicity. 

Education: To facilitate programs of education and training that aides law enforcement agencies, Detectives, Investigators, Sheriff's Detectives, Prosecutors, and District Attorneys in the investigation and prevention of hate/bias incidents.

Community Relations: To Facilitate programs of community relations, conflict resolution, cultural diversity and education to aide the United States law enforcement and District Attorney's Office's, School's, communities, and Individuals to make coordinated efforts to attack the root cause of hate/bias related incidents.

Fight Terrorism: The National Alliance will join law enforcement and the U.S. Department of Justice. the State Department, the FBI, Fundus Demos Diploma tie (FDD), and State and local law enforcement in fighting terrorism at home and abroad when possible. 

District Attorney's: The National Alliance will work very close with the National District Attorney's Association, the National Advocacy Center, Attorney General Offices and State Attorneys Offices, and the Bar Association, to assist them in promoting the eradication of hate and bias crimes.  Our Deputy District Attorney's / Assistant Prosecutor's will be on staff to answer legal questions regarding hate/bias crime litigation. (not a legal services)

National Alliance Hours: The National Alliance of Hate Crime Investigators and District Attorney's Association will be on available to respond to E-Mail 10AM to 11 PM daily and or whenever possible.

Volunteer Volunteers: The National Alliance has volunteers located throughout the United States who are trained to address bias concerns in your area. With the assistance of the National District Attorney's Association (NDAA) we will meet our mission.

Clearing House: The National Alliance of Hate Crime Investigators and District Attorneys Association shall act as a Clearing House for all law enforcement and District Attorney's Offices whenever possible.

The National Alliance will be seeking to promote diversity whenever possible.

Victims Rights: 

We will continue to strive to ensure that all individuals are treated with honor, respect and dignity. Being the victim of a bias incident is no laughing matter to you or to us. 

We will be advocates for public policies that are responsive to the needs and interests of crime victims of bias/hate crimes; We will p victims and the need of continued service for victims, and victim rights; 

* monitors proposed legislation that would impact bias victims; 

* enhances communication among victim service providers regarding program development, funding sources, and training opportunities.

Summery: We believe that communities are greatly enriched by the presence of people with diverse backgrounds and cultural perspectives. In fostering such an environment we seek to: 

1) encourage respect and understanding of all cultural traditions; 

2) promote greater diversity among law enforcement and the community at large, as well as our youth, and religious and educational community;

3) support campus and community diversity-related initiatives and communicate their results to the campus leadership and the surrounding community;

4) To stamp out hate crime whenever possible by aggressively investigating and prosecuting those person (s) responsible for such cowardly acts;

5) To educate the general public with respect to bias hate crime and the role they play in riding our community of such crimes;

6) To educate the law enforcement community and to arm them with the equipment to do the job.

We firmly believe that our diversity is our strength and not our weakness.
